ok so i'm starting the xanga all over again.  some of the stuff i wrote before were not for the right reasons so i decided to delete them.

kiwi!
here's a youtube i think the entire world should watch.  it's really inspiring.  didn't really understand it 'til diana explained it.  don't read the bottom text until you've watched it.  it loses it's wow factor if you know what's going on before watching.

up until now, i thought a kiwi was only a fruit, but according to dictionary.com,
ki-wi [kee-wee]
any of several flightless, ratite birds of the genus apteryx, of new zealand, allied to the extinct moas.  

after i watched it 3 times, i was still like wtf and it was kind of tripping me out because i haven't slept the night before.  i asked diana what's the deal with the bird and when she explained it, i was in awe. 

basically, the kiwi's dream is to fly and since it's a kiwi, it has no wings.  it's an impossible dream.  so the kiwi picked a cliff and started nailing trees on the side of it.  i have no idea how the kiwi was able to lift the trees that high, but that's not the point.  so the kiwi nails all those trees to the side of the cliff and jumps off.  when the kiwi was falling down, it got the make belief feeling that it was flying because all the trees were standing upward.  in a way, the kiwi fulfilled it's impossible dream of flying, even though it had to die for it to happen.  pretty awesome huh?
